Ordering

How long does it take to receive a dress once ordered?

Standard delivery time is 8 weeks for any Design Studio dresses. For Desiree Hartsock Bridal gowns the standard delivery time is 12 weeks. The delivery times are subject to change but will always be listed for your reference prior to ordering. 

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

What is Bridal Sizing?

Bridal sizing is a standard form of sizing when ordering bridal gowns. These measurements run smaller than retail sizing so it’s imperative that you take notice and review Size Chart before ordering. (Ei. If you are normally a size 8 retail, you may actually be a size 10 or 12 in bridal sizing.) All of the Design Studio and Desiree Hartsock Bridal gowns are designed using bridal sizing measurements on Size Chart.

What if I am between sizes?

A rule of thumb if you fall between sizes is to choose the size up. It is always much easier to take a dress in rather than let a dress out when it is too small. If you want a second opinion on sizing please feel free to email us at orders@desireehartsock.com for a bridal specialist to help.

I have a larger bust, is there an option to adjust the top to accommodate my cup size?

Yes, we are able to open up the bust to make it larger for any size. This is a special request with an additional cost but if you are interested in learning more email us at orders@desireehartsock.com.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, due to the fact that gowns are designed per order we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

For any products other than a made to order gown, you can receive a refund, if item is not to your satisfaction, up to 14 days from delivery. Email orders@desireehartsock.com.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final but in the rare case you receive a dress that is damaged or wrong in any way you have 3 days to email us at orders@desireehartsock.com to make a claim. For more information on the return policy please see our Terms and Conditions.

All other items are subject to refund if claim is filed via email to orders@desireehartsock.com within 14 days of delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

At this moment we are unable to ship outside of the United States. We will be working on options to do so in the near future.
