How it Works
If you have ever dreamed of designing your very own dress then welcome! You’ve made it to the right spot! Design Studio by Desiree Hartsock Bridal allows you to choose your fabric, color, style of top and style of skirt to create the ultimate dress of your dreams. Get started with these four easy steps below:
Choose your color.
With Design Studio you will have the option of choosing from different colors to accommodate any occasion. Whether you’re the bride, the bridesmaid, or a wedding guest, we will have a variety of color options to choose from for each season.
Choose your fabric
With many of the color options there are different fabrics to choose from. When you select (or place arrow on one) a style of top you will find the name and fabric of it pop up along with the cost. This way you will know which material you are selecting.
Choose the style of top
On the tab labeled ‘Top’ you can select from a wide variety of styles for the top of your dress. From halter to strapless and V-neck to tank, you will find the perfect silhouette to get started. Each top may have a different price and that will pop up as you select or scroll on the image. (Note: as you continue to select options for your dress the cost will automatically adjust) At the bottom of the top options, you will see options of straps and/or sleeves to choose from, if desired.
Choose the style of skirt
On the tab labeled ‘Bottom’ you can select from a variety of styles for the skirt of your dress. Depending on the occasion, you can find full length options as well as short, or rompers and jumpsuits for a more casual yet trendy look. As you select your skirt option you can view the entire dress on the rendering to the left of your screen. ( If viewing on mobile- the rendering will be at the center with the options to choose from on the bottom) There are many options you are able to select to customize your dress such as lengthening the skirt, adding a train or changing the neckline.
Choose your Size
Sizing for Design Studio runs the same as BRIDAL sizing. This means that you may fall into a size 1-2 times larger than your normal retail size. This is very important when ordering to make sure the dress will fit when received. ALWAYS double check your measurements against the size chart to choose the correct size. Since dresses are made-to-order all sales are final once dress is ordered. Voila! You just created the dress of your dreams!
