SHIPPING + RETURNS
It’s our priority that your gown reaches you quickly and safely. In order to ensure this, once your order is ready to ship (in the delivery time selected) your gown will be mailed to you within 48 hours via UPS. An email will be sent to the address on file when shipment is processed. Express shipping and upgrades are available on most orders. Simply email customer service at email@example.com to inquire. Desiree Hartsock Bridal is not liable for delivery delays caused by acts of God or labor disputes.
Due to the made-to-order nature of these garments, all sales are final. If the wrong gown is delivered or arrives damaged, please inform customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receipt in order for the issue to be reviewed and resolved.
