Desiree Hartsock Bridal now offers CUSTOM DESIGN to our brides! Grab the champagne and throw the confetti. We are so excited to offer an exclusive and personalized experience for you to be able to walk through the design process with designer, Desiree Siegfried, to ultimately create the wedding dress of your dreams.

Well, its not! Desiree has always loved the dress shopping experience for brides and wants to make the process seamless and memorable by helping brides design the dress they've always wanted.
How does it work? ... Let me tell you...
1.) Secure your CUSTOM DESIGN request by ordering this 1-hour Consultation.
In the comments section at checkout please tell us your ideal dress style, fabric, color. Include any and all details you envision. If you are unsure of the details just yet, we recommend starting off with a Virtual Consultation to chat with a bridal stylist to narrow down more of those details before making a custom design request.
2.) Virtually or personally meet with Desiree to discuss wedding, dress, budget and details for your 1-hour consultation.
3.) Receive up to 4 dress sketches from Desiree based off conversation to decide on the perfect style for you.
4.) Once style is confirmed, fabric, lace and trims will be decided upon. At this time a total price for the dress order will be calculated.
5.) To begin the dress order, a 50% deposit is required based off the total cost of the design along with all measurements asked for.
6.) Custom orders require a minimum of 16 weeks to complete. This time does not include any minor alterations needed that are not included with a Custom order. Rush and expedited orders can be discussed if needed.

It’s our priority that your gown reaches you quickly and safely. In order to ensure this, once your order is ready to ship (in the delivery time selected) your gown will be mailed to you within 48 hours via UPS. An email will be sent to the address on file when shipment is processed. Express shipping and upgrades are available on most orders. Simply email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire. Desiree Hartsock Bridal is not liable for delivery delays caused by acts of God or labor disputes.
Due to the made-to-order nature of these garments, all sales are final. If the wrong gown is delivered or arrives damaged, please inform customer service at email@example.com within three days of receipt in order for the issue to be reviewed and resolved.
